From there, we create custom captions, choose relevant images (as supplied by you) or request specific assets, and build a strategic monthly content calendar. If your brand needs visually captivating imagery to help promote you in the best possible light, we also offer an on-going content creation package, or one-off photo session packages.
Do I have to supply all photos and videos?
Not necessarily. We’ll work with what you have and let you know what’s missing. We can also guide you on how to capture great content in-house or offer an on-going content creation package, or one-off photo session packages.
Can I still post on my own socials if you're managing them?
You’re welcome to post if you like. However, for consistency across your platforms we prefer to handle this for you (also saving you time), and so for any spontaneous content you're welcome to email it to your dedicated account manager with some added context and we'll take care of the rest. Some clients post behind-the-scenes stories, which is ideal for in-the-moment.
Will I get to review posts before they go live?
This is up to client preference. In short - yes, absolutely. If you opt to have mock-ups sent for approval before posting, you’ll receive a preview of your content schedule (at least 2 weeks in advance) so you can approve it or request changes before anything is published.

How do I know if it's working?
You’ll receive a monthly report showing results like reach, engagement, clicks, audience growth, and top-performing content. We also include a short summary with insights and recommendations.
How long does it take to get started?
Once onboarding is complete and we have your brand assets, we typically have your 2-3 weeks of content ready within 1-2 weeks.
Is there a lock-in contract?
There’s no long-term lock-in, but we do recommend an initial commitment of 8–12 weeks as this gives us time to gather data, test and optimise for the best results. After that, we work on a flexible, month-to-month basis with 30 days' notice.
